I, for one, welcome our AI overlords. They couldn’t possibly be worse than my current boss. At least when an AI assigns me a meaningless task, it does so with perfect logic and good humor. And when it makes arbitrary performance evaluations, I won’t have to pretend it “has great instincts” while it decides I’m only 73% a team player based on how enthusiastically I nodded in a Zoom call.
Bring on the robots. At least they don't play favorites... yet.
