The issue is you are underestimating the value of human labor. Remember, economics is the study of human behaviour, not just monetary theory. 90% of humans used to do farm labor. Did society completely collapse after the industrial revolution? No, we just shifted our work, reduced the amount of time we spent working etc.
AI will take away work where the human component of it has no value. Instead, humans will shift towards experiences, coaching, personal services, entertainment, etc. How many people will want an AI nurse vs a human one? Even if the nurse uses AI to do the entire job, people want connection with other humans.
The other flaw is misunderstanding GDP. AI will help increase productivity, but not as fast as you think. Instead, it will mostly be a cost savings program initially. This will make services and goods cheaper and cheaper and cheaper. Things which only the wealthy could afford will not be available to everyone, especially things like health, electronics (which already gets cheaper constantly), food, housing.
