In my experience what's happening is that junior devs nowadays need to pile up a handful of shitty junior jobs and are becoming full stack generalists.
I had to do this myself to get some experience and be hireable , the good part is that I am a generalist now lol I can work pretty much at anything.
The bad part is that as soon as I specialize and they understand how much they fucked up by delegating all to AI I will ask for a ton of money.
