ai is like a pet, you want to feed it always so it sure to be bigger than the neighbors dog, like a dog you want it to be bigger than your neighbors dog. So slowing down is not going to happen it this decade in fact its the opposite. Most likely it will slow down after this generations leader are replaced by a newer one after 30 years or so.
