I have a really weird take, I think AI could have a place in the world of art, just not in the creation of it. Especially for beginners, like giving advice for techniques or finding (not making) reference images so that the time you would have spent looking online can be saved and put into your work.
Anyway if you're a dreaded phone artist like I am or if you can't afford a fancy drawing tablet or pc, you can just overlay a distorted image or pattern at a low opacity to kinda poison the art, nightshade works better at this but it does pretty much the same thing but with digital artifacting instead
