I wonder what would happen if ai was only fed off it's own prompts and no more human made art. Wonder if it would eventually start churning out absolute shit again. Someone should test that tbh, because if it doesn't hurt the production of the new ai art prompts then we don't need to violate millions of artists' copyright laws. I wish ai would be permanently banned across the world, but atp that's never going to happen until our air and water is fully contaminated and the millionaires leave us for Mars...so if we could at least figure out a way to stop stealing from artists we could continue focusing harder on the environmental damage it causes down the line.
