Legally, I see no difference between a person reading copyrighted material and then telling people about it and an AI doing the same. A person can even monitize that interaction by making a blog or video essay about it. But clearly, ethically, there is a difference. We need new legal doctrines - and perhaps even vocabulary - to articulate that difference.
