Easy, you fired an employee to replace him with AI? Ok, you are obliged to give away 25% of the AI's profits to the fired employee. You don't want to do that "Mr. Big company?" They we as a goverment, representative of the people do not allow you to use AI. So whats your choice? There is so many options to solve this "problem".
