I’ve used these ai chat bots for like a year or two now, about once every 2 weeks or so on average I’d say? I’ve personally never had any of these issues but I think that might be because I’ve done roleplay for years online before. To me, these bots are just more of that roleplay. For when I’m looking for something kinda like a visual novel type of thing but more freedom, ya know? So the idea that folks could get into these kinda of “relationships” with these bots never occurred to me. But I see now that to someone who without the background on similar stuff, they don’t have the seperation that I take as natural. It’s horrible that kids are being hurt like this.
