I am generally pro AI art stuff, but you cannot copyright AI art, you shouldn't be able to, you couldn't work it. If someone uses the same seed and prompts and settings that you did on the same model, they will get the same picture. That alone puts any copyright claim on an image as dubious at best because what are you even copyrighting? It wouldn't be the things that are normally copyrighted.
Not to mention you didn't actually create the art yourself per se. Technicalities can be debated but the point is easily understood.
