Fixing the AI is not the issue, fixing the people behind the AI is needed first, if your intent is to make an AI that calculates the risk of someone being a dangerous criminal, today's racist authorities will genuinely look at the black population first. Nobody gets seen as a person in that case, but just a set of numbers and being black is just a high value number in the datasets fed to the AI. Learn to see every person as a person first instead of a color, then code the AI properly.
