Insecurity! That´s the problem. Yes, the AI market is growing but that´s because it´s the only market that is secure and that´s why they are hiring graduates. Which company will hire people when they have to invest money in them and have no clue if they need them in the future. Investors love security and hiring graduates is an investment in the future.
