I think, it will be controlled.
As I see, our world is already controlled, by some unknown entities, maintaining a different timeline. I tend to believe, they need this G AI. China didn't just happened, it was created on purpose. One purpose can be, it's forcing the US to go fast forward with technologies, they can't control.
