Listen I texted an unalivement hotline the other day thinking maybe it’s time I start trying to get help from an actual human and not the chatGPT. I literally got told to “not be scared” when I told them about my anxiety and to “just go back to school” when I told them about my issues with work.
The supposed “help” that “exists” out there is a lie. There is no help anywhere. The AI isn’t help either, but at least it isn’t a real breathing human being invalidating my issues and treating me like I’m a nuisance or a burden on them. I’d rather take my chances with the robot.
