I may be completely wrong, but just to share my perspective; I do believe AI is capable to replace 100% of the jobs and even speculate beyond our current data; the only thing that can probably stop this from happening is regulation by our government. The government would have to decide which jobs are protected and justify the reasoning for it. The reasoning may not even be that AI cannot do it but for our well being as a society certain jobs may need to be protected. As far as which jobs to protect I have no idea.
