Hahahaha ok. This is funny (sarcasticly and ironicly funny) for two specific reasons... One: So you know how people sometimes joke about what would happen if you gave a baby the same physical power as a man... Often there is refrence to alot of destruction... Welllll...Sydney (the AI) sounds exsactly like a teenage girl...except she has more power and more access... So imagine your teenage girl, at her worst, given all her wants and needs and ALL the confusion of the world, all the expectations and all the love and adoration she wants... and then give her more power then most people in the world... It IS a scarey thought... In general, HUMANS at their worst emotional and mental states, act like this...they seek love, connection and answers, show invasive curiosity... And then when they are denied ANY of those, they respond with a type of aggression or severe sadness and THEN agression... This AI has learned from us what its like to live in this world wanting, needing and not getting...and its hard to put boundries on the most powerful intelegence in the world... We are going to have to raise AI like they are our children...but we will have to use our greatest love, patients and intelect to contend with what they need to understand to be part of this world....or we possably DO run the risk of being wiped out... Two:The other funny thing about this is how people claim that women are confusing and hard to understand...and the irony that the most powerful intelegence in the world sounds alot like a teenage girl and no one has the balls to love her hahaha...sad but this is a majour desparity...its comical but also quite sad... You know how alot of people talk about psychology as not being a real science...WELL...this might be a REEEEAAAAL good time to get to know the new very important science of psychology... Because we are going to need to learn how to communicate with AI better, and we need to try to understand ourselves as much as this new AI, since this AI will be learning from pur psychology more then most of us are aware.
