I'm in a Tech support. I'm trying the AI tools - they help me come up with nice sounding answers, but none of the understanding of the systems we support is properly documented, described,
hence not possible to train AI or a person.
We all keep learning and in this, helped by lab work, people are still leaps and bounds ahead of any AI.
Even agents who are not in the lab and mostly deliver second hand knowledge are doing fine, they are still doing better than AI, today.
