There was currently already a huge shortage of a long haul and delivery drivers in his country, there is nothing being done to encourage new drivers, this is a difficult job. It's pretty tough to make a living, Driving a truck almost younger people have no interest in it. I do agree that it's it's hard to unionize an AI driven truck. Sorry they're coming!
