Hate to burst your bubble but this type of pixel posioning adveserial attack is not going to wreck current gen AI image generation models. These attacks were effective for early imagen gen models bc those models were much smaller, and had to pack pixel information related to terms and phrases in a much denser latent space. There is a reason why this "hack" is freely available. It is bc similar to how a hack can make software obsolete, updates to the software can make previous exploits obsolete. My advice to artist that don't want their data scrapped for training, is to not sign up to a social media platforms that require you to void your consent about how they can repurpose the data you post on their platform that they own with their terms and conditions.
