Typical lies from those who want to put fear into anyone who will grab on to it!
Trucking companies have been underpaying drivers for decades! Those CEO’s and executive office personnel are almost as greedy as politicians, they pay crap pay to those who provide a reason for the very jobs they have so their pockets get fatter and fatter. Terrible pay and less time at home with their families is why people don’t want to take the wheel! The big trucking companies don’t care about their drivers!
Why are so many licensed drivers choosing other careers? The people in this video most definitely make more than the drivers they’re pretending to care about and they’re spreading fear because they don’t want that to change.
You can’t say there’s a shortage of drivers out one side of your mouth while saying autonomous trucks are going to take away the jobs of those driving now out the other side. You can’t have it both ways and both be right!
