There are commissioners out there who consider the art a bit of a collaborative project, since they are the "ideas guy". Don't get me wrong, the "ideas guy" is almost always a dunce riding on the coattails of the actual artist, but it's an easy way to squeeze yourself into something if you're not a creative.
