And when the current generation of talented programmers leaves, not only are they not there to train new programmers in good practice skills, they are not there for Ai to be further trained on either.
Ai is going to get stuck on a loop that further degenerates, and all the innovation from talented programmers that might set a company apart is gone bye bye.
The Ai companies are prematurely relying on is only as good as what it was trained on and when it was trained, it doesn't get better, it gets worse.
