The most-overhyped technology in my lifetime. I just cancelled my Microsoft 365 subscription when it came up for renewal as they put the price up and I don't want to subsidize this disaster. These companies should also be taxed heavily to pay for the extra energy and water their datacentres require. And how many people would be using ChatGPT if they actually had to pay a subscription for it that covered all of the cost, including a markup? This technology is -- with a few small, specialized exceptions -- simply not economically viable.
