The end game is that there is no end game. If all the CEOs stopped one seconds, they'll realize that replacing everybody's job by AI will kill them also as nobody would have money to buy they products.
But they can't. They are contracted to improve earning and diminish costs. So they are driving full speed on the wall and will say that's not their fault, it's their job.
