Used it when I couldn't afford therapy and was desperate, don't care who knows my secrets, not ashamed of having obstacles. It was great for the interim just don't become reliant on it and remember ot can make mistakes. And obviously don't spill your creative ideas. Sometimes you have to do what you have to do. I'm no AI expert but it's no harm to be polite to it even if it isn't sentient (it just feels better). It really helped me accept what I wanted to rathet than "should" do at a really rough time. Just be discerning obviously. Don't know any long term risks of this but when you're desperate enough you don't care
