AI isnt smart at all. What he means is that through predictive tools it has an error rate comparable to a college student. I use it. Its hit and miss and struggles with complex engineering. I am tired of correcting it and its apologies. I am not concerned that its wrong. I am concerned with how it talks with authority when its often guessing. It doesnt say it could be...it says it is, even when it clearly isnt. Thinking AI can save you effort is a misnomer, but thinking an idiot can use AI to replace a competent.person is a falsehood
