I know when you are in public, you have no reasonable expectation of privacy, but I think we enter something different when we talk about being digitally ID'd based on your facial recognition. Pretty sure ID'ing you without RAS is a clear violation of your 4th ammendment rights. Just because I don't expect privacy in public doesn't mean I consent to being literarally stalked.
