Well, it’s basically the same video like from every other channel.. 1. We DON’T KNOW if AI can actually “have experiences.” “Life” and “experience” happen mostly in our brains. And if you look a little deeper, our brain works very similarly to AI. So that argument is always flawed. 2. this whole “baby crying” about “skipping steps” is just dumb to me. Like, WTF—money works the same way! I can always pay someone to do the things I want done. Many rich people do exactly that: they use others as cheap tools to make their own vision real. At that point, there’s no difference to AI—both are just tools. And everyone who “hates AI” simply doesn’t understand how to use it. Honestly, I feel like nobody really does yet. AI is a tool. Just like humans can be used as tools too. And humans can produce equally bad results if they’re treated as cheap tools—same as AI. That’s why I find it so dumb—sorry—but AI actually gives us the chance to end that kind of exploitation, and not in a bad way. Where people used to be used as tools, AI can step in. And yes, of course there should be a proper AI tax and something like a basic income (monthly money paid by the state without direct work). But who am I even telling this to? People still think that’s impossible—while the richest 5% of the world own over 50% of all the money. Of course it’s possible. People actually want to work. And without the hardcore social isolation we have right now, people naturally want to do art or creative things themselves. AI has been able to make pretty decent music for a while now. Does anyone actually only listen to AI music? Has anyone stopped wanting to make music themselves? No. At most, some people who can’t play instruments have fun with AI music—maybe even get into making beats because of it. And that’s completely fine. AI doesn’t “skip” anything. It just gives you a cheap solution where, in the past, humans had to do dehumanizing low-paid work for someone else. AI is only about HOW you use it—and how politics react to it. That’s the part that could actually make AI worse. If the laws aren’t right, AI will be the next atomic bomb, only less controllable. But if the laws are right, AI could be the best thing that has happened to humanity since the discovery of fire.
