Like any skill, artistic skill isn't something that people are born with, it takes a lot of time and practice. I've loved drawing ever since I could hold a marker, but I wasn't as skilled as a little girl as I am now and then again I'm still far from an expert. Also, the disability argument to excuse AI art makes little sense to me as plenty of people with disabilities, whether physical or otherwise, have found ways to create art without using AI. I myself am autistic and have struggled with motor skills/coordination and I still love making art. There are also plenty of people who paint by holding the paintbrush in their mouth or feet!
