Setting aside ChatGPT for a moment the approach the lawyer seems to be taking is bad for search engines as well. Looking up leading questions can result in milder versions of the fraud ChatGPT produced but you can still get bad results that way. Biggest difference is that the bad results on google are likely to appear less convincing then the ChatGPT stuff so it's actually playing to our weakness as humans.
