AI is not replacing 10% of jobs. Companies will use AI as an excuse to cut jobs but not because jobs are actually being done by ai.
Sales force was mentioned as a company that replaced workers with AI is a perfect example. Over the past few years they hired almost 4k foreign workers and then laid off 4k Americans this year claiming AI. AI was just cover to not have to admit they shipped the jobs overseas.
