normal algorithms are like boxes with input output gates where you know exactly what everything inside the box does. AI neural needs are like brains, you can train them organize a general structure but 99.99% you don’t know what it does inside. moreover they achieve advanced and extremely fast reasoning so seems normal he is not confident
