The developer made certain arcade sections skippable because he had a family member who played with A stick fastened to his head. Because he didn't have complete motor control of his body. That's why he made the more complicated sections skippable. Disabled people often learn how to use other parts of their bodies or have accessibility equipment to help them with tasks. Therefore, a lot of people without hands or full motor control are completely capable of doing art. Something and AI bro would have learned in 5 seconds if they actually cared to understand disabled bodies
