Pretty easy way b to get the money. Tax not only the ai companies but heavily tax all the businesses that use it. If you tax them enough that they get less benefit,maybe the will use it less. If not keep taxing them. 1000 dollars isnt enough. People should at minimum get exactly what they lost due to automation til other jobs come along, then decrease it. Im not big on government taking care of people but if you are willingly allowing this to go on and help these businesses, then you should help the people.
