Just a small part on the, method/output. It is true that people do not particularly care about method.
But the method, defines what is focused on. So when alot of artistic people see AI art, they focus on the method which is... literally just, the choice to display a particular image. Something that is inherent in every art piece that is shown to other, but is the sole thing that can be shown with AI images.
I still think there is value in that. But it loses so much nuiance that it can never truely compete with human created art.
