The So Called "GodFather of AI" has no idea how AI works, or the progression of AI. Mapping the brain? Take it from a Neuroscientist, We do not know enough about human brain to put it grossly simple terms like making a strong or weak connection. That is something a person with no knowledge of human brain would say.
