Raw LLM Responses

It seems to me that, if the AI reproduced the articles when specifically asked to reproduce the articles still isn't that different from a human. If I was asked to reproduce an article that is openly available online, I could easily go and copy that article. Copying doesn't count, you say? Well, I'm a huge Star Wars fan, and, if someone asked me to, I could go back and quote a lot of dialogue from the Star Wars films (especially the Original Trilogy) "near verbatim." I love music, and there are dozens, if not hundreds of songs that I can sing from memory whenever I feel like it or if I'm specifically asked to do so, and many of those songs I specifically made an effort to learn. By the logic of this case, my existence infringes upon the copyright of LucasFilm and several singers, songwriters, and record labels because I could reproduce their content on demand, so all of those entities could sue my parents for "creating" me. If a human researcher were studying an article was specifically asked to research that article, they could probably do it too. It would be one thing if the articles and other sources were only available through paid access, but if the source material is freely available to anyone who is looking for them, it seems like it should be pretty cut and dry that it is indeed just like a human researcher studying that material.
