15:27 Yes, through insane dedication people with physical disabilities *can* create art. But what about mental disabilities? Someone with executive function deficit may actually be *unable* to complete a real artwork, or to acquire and hone the necessary skills.
Of course, I'm still not talking about straight up prompting as art, but an AI assistant or coworker (like certain AI features in Photoshop) might genuinely be a great help to someone with a mental disorder
