Indeed anyone how has used AI beyond the “basic” ChatGPT prompt has witnessed how - individuals - (not companies) have an unprecedented power of innovation and implementation. However the vast majority of people who now work in companies are used to adapting to systems, understanding the culture, using it to progress. AI and specially Agentic AI will not adapt to existing systems instead create new systems, indeed much more abundant , smarter, more effective systems. HOWEVER : the vast majority of people working in companies do not have the mindset to retrain their brains to this new way of work and will be obsolete. So indeed a great number of new companies , new business models , new goods and services , new enterprises will be built BUT the vast majority of people now working in companies will become irrelevant and dispensable . THAT is why millions will lose their jobs and a few smart open-minded innovators will have opportunities like never before
