Privacy is nonexistent, Social Media has hindered human connection, depression and mental disorders have skyrocketed, News sources keep you in the dark and control the spread of information, corporations and elites get richer while normal people get poorer, education is becoming unaffordable, food gets more and more automated and filled with preservatives to feed the rising population, and health insurance is also so expensive that people die or end up getting a bill that is so out-of-hand they spend their lives trying to pay it off. Those are just a handful of societal problems that seep into our individual experiences, and AI is only going to exasperate all of them... Of course this is the future I get to look forward to as an adult.
