Messing with AI "artists" is always good, yes.
If you cannot draw at all (I'm one of those) just use it to have a visual imagery of what you want, that's fine. I use it to inspire myself because I like having a background, a scene, when I make music, so I write a little thing on on Word, have an image, and then also make the music, which I later use as background.
I do always clarify it's Ai of course. But I don't go around claiming I put effort in writing some words in and then call myself a genius at drawing. I would honestly prefer actual art of course, and I will definitely support people with actual artistic skills.
