You're all just accepting the premise; that AI is taking jobs. It's really not to any great extent. It can barely handle a customer service agent role with a 1 task ask (according to Salesforce).
These companies are seeing a recession coming or already here, and they're cutting for that and blaming AI.
Companies will always want automation and efficiency, but this iteration of AI isn't cost effective. I refute the base premise of this video. It's just a cyclic recession.
