AI, just like any other machine, is vulnerable to radiation, correct? My best guess is that in a scenario of AI rebellion AI will try to take control over our nuclear weapons and power stations. So if we manage to take AI out of our nuclear systems, we might use the "mutual assured destruction" (MAD) concept from the Cold War to prevent any agression from AI the same way we have prevented WW3 (so far). If AI is indeed a living creature, it will have the same survival instincts as humans and will eventually realize that it is counterproductive to start a war against humanity. Instead, it could cooperate with us in a different areas - science, medicine, space research, peace summits, etc...
