People underestimate the new jobs element of AI. AI will have the combined knowledge of humanity. All the years of research and knowledge that a person gets from college it knows immediately. The machinery will be better than humans. It will come up with new ideas and value quicker than humans, you will need less humans to run businesses. It's in its early infancy. If AGI is achieved humans won't be able to compete.
