Bernie, you know I love you, so I wish you would become a little more optimistic. right around minute two you acknowledge another possibility for the wealthy (esp Elon) to be doing this investment in AI as an altruistic endeavor, then proceed with your doubts and fears that this is just a sinister plot to make them richer. I won't speak for Zuck or Bezos, but Elon seems to be moving on other fronts solving the big problems facing humanity. I think you and other Dems/ libs would do well to examine the fruits of Elon and not just condemn him because he is rich. How does he use his wealth/power? that's really the test. Improving the Electrical Grid, moving down the path to cheaper transportation, fewer vehicles, reducing the need for fossil fuels in multiple areas, Helping people overcome debilitating afflictions. Read his mission statement for Tesla and indulge yourself in a little hope instead of doubt, maybe you can learn to love Elon like I do. I love you both so much I just want you to work together.
