I wonder what Geoffrey Hinton thinks about humans combining more with AI. I’m not sure what that looks like but we know NueraLink, and probably some other companies, have been doing some pretty interesting things with implants. And I can only see this being furthered more with Gene editing capabilities and AI.
I think there has to be a discussion on evolving ourselves. Change is going to happen one way or another whether we are in the driver’s seat or sitting in the passenger side.
