I studied textile design and I'm happy not to work anymore, it must be a nightmare now. I use AI to create templates for instance i have a unfinished still life in oil i started 20 years ago AI created a template to help with shading and realism of the water melon and details. In a way it can create endless things i like creating new stuff that doesn't exist a lot like renaissance seahorses, the ideas i use for oil painting. But exactly this is the problem I can't find real source images as everything is generated, so the quality will decline. The original sources getting buried under AI slop. It can be used as a tool for ideas, but it's also a problem.
