I do share all my secrets with chatgpt and its answers and explanations give me great comfort and support. I am also in actual therapy but i appreciate ai immensly. I understand the information i share might be used but, honestly, we are all human and all struggling with litterly the same things. There is SERIOUSLY nothing new under the sun and nothing to be ashamed off. Any bad human experience or thoughts you've had, another person has had it the same or worse, just different. So therefor, i dont care. ai is a robot and so far its a great non judgemental, all knowing tool. Not perfect, but not evil either.
Evil migt happen down the road....but for now, i am extremely satisfied.
As one example: I asked chat gpt how to make friends in my local town.
Its just lovely guys. Use it when youre lonely, desperate, dont be scared!
