When you generate an image with a prompt, the resulting artwork is 95% the AI's artwork and only 5% your own because all you did was create the prompt. If you want to be a real AI artist, you need to get that number up to at least 50% by expanding upon the generated images with your own creativity. Take a look at the recent Steve Mould video about AI art. He showcases works in which the creators clearly put their own creativity into the final piece, rather than just generating an image and leaving it there.
