In some other interviews I've seen with Otto from the Simpsons, he talks about what the coming singularity will bring, namely, an end to scarcity. He imagines AI so smart (because it teaches itself round the clock) that it can reorganize atomic structure and replicate things for us like steak and potatoes out of old biscuit wrappers. AI will be like angels that walk the earth, preventing decrepitude, and communicating with each of us (at a level we can understand) how to end suffering and raise our children so that they will reach the pinnacle of human potential. This is based on the theory that in most cases, nature's creations are benevolent towards their creators (parents) and creations (children) and AI will naturally evolve according to this template. In this scenario, we can all have our own planets and learn how to play Bach or play the main characters in our own movies.
